課程概述 |
本課程乃以社會科學院政治系國際關係組三年級同學為主要對象所開授之必修課，學程為一學年。本課程旨在介紹討論現代國際體系中，國家制定外交政策的三個層面：（1）輸入因素（2）決策過程（3）政策產出。本課程將兼重法則、理論、概念的說明，以及其與事實例證之間的相互印證。上學期課程，主要側重在前一個層面，下學期課程將側重後兩個層面。本課程在通論性介紹之外，也對於個別外交政策議題、個別國家政策等特定範圍進行討論。準此，本課程的設計，將同時提供外交政策分析的一般性、基礎性知識，以及對於當代與歷史上特定之主要外交政策事實性發展的理解。 |
